REQUIREMENTS - High Speed Internet, Remote Support Module, Authorization from the User

With remote support we can connect to a computer across the internet to diagnose problems, install programs, and optimize the computer. With the user's permission the technician can take control of the user's mouse and keyboard. We can even reboot the PC and reconnect remotely to continue this work without the user needing to assist.

To start a remote support session please click on one of the buttons above, run the software, and provide your technician with a session ID. We recommend that you have high speed internet and one of our technicians on the phone prior to starting the remote support session. Be assured that once the technician has disconnected they will no longer have access to the computer unless authorized again.
